- What is the difference between a standard clean and a deep clean?
- A standard clean focuses on keeping your home tidy and fresh — maintaining the home’s cleanliness, not removing deep grime or build-up. A deep clean goes beyond the surface and targets areas that are often overlooked during routine cleaning. It is more detailed, more time sensitive, and designed to completely reset a space.
- How do I book a cleaning?
- Reach out through our online quoting form and you will receive a response ASAP, or call/text at 434-771-3551.
- What forms of payment do you accept?
- Debit/credit cards through Stripe, cash, and check.
- What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
- Life happens! We get it. Please try to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your service as a courtesy. A $25 cancellation fee is only charged if a client cancels with less than 24 hours notice, 3 or more times in a rolling 12-month period.
- Do I need to be home during a cleaning?
- No — it is whatever makes you most comfortable.
- Do you offer recurring cleaning discounts?
- Yes! For weekly cleaning services, 15% off, and for bi-weekly services, 10% off.
- Do I need to move furniture for deep cleaning services?
- No — we will take care of furniture moving as we clean.
- Do I need to clean before you arrive?
- No. If you can, a quick pick-up of clutter helps us focus time on actual cleaning — but we meet you where you are.
- How do quotes work?
- Quotes are based on service type, home size, number of bathrooms, overall condition, and any special requests.
- Do you bring supplies?
- Yes, in most cases. If you have preferred products, sensitivities, or specific requests, just let us know when requesting a quote.
- What about pets?
- Pets must be secured at all times unless prior arrangements have been discussed and approved.
- What if my home is in a different condition than we discussed?
- If additional rooms weren’t disclosed or the condition differs significantly, pricing may change to reflect the actual scope of work.
- Where do you travel?
- Service Area: Central Virginia and Beyond. While I primarily serve the Concord, Lynchburg, and surrounding areas, I am happy to travel to you! A travel surcharge of $0.70/mile applies to all locations that are more than 20 miles from our home base (Concord, VA).
