An intensive, trauma-informed service for homes that need more than cleaning — they need support. This is compassion-first work designed to help you regain control of your space in a respectful, judgement-free way.
Important to know
This service can be an incredibly emotional time for homeowners, and it requires full attention and focus to do well. For both your comfort and the quality of work, the homeowner is not present during this service.

- We can start with one room or two — wherever you’re ready

A clear, supportive process
Every overwhelmed-home project is unique. Before service begins, we set clear expectations on scope, priorities, timeline, and what “done” looks like — so you feel supported and informed, not surprised.
- Consultation: walkthrough (in-person) or virtual tour in some cases
- Plan: priorities, pace, budget, and what to keep/donate/sell (if requested)
- Service: structured work sessions completed independently
- Reset: sanitation, floors, functional zones restored, and a calmer baseline
• No mold remediation (surface-level cleaning only). If mold is extensive or causing breathing issues, this isn’t a service we can provide.
• Not an exterminator — no live critter infestations.
• No carpet cleaning (odor neutralization effectiveness depends on cause).

- Surface sanitation (counters, bathroom fixtures, furniture wipe-down)

Package 1 — $65 / hour
Best for homes that need a lot of extra love — extensive clutter and mess that has gotten out of hand, but not quite full restoration.

Package 2 — $100 / hour
Best for homes that have been completely overwhelmed and need a deeper restoration-level reset: severe trash/clutter, animal waste cleanup, unsafe conditions, strong odors, and extensive disorganization.

- Extensive disorganization throughout the home
- Strong odors
- Some mold present (surface-level cleaning only)
- Animal waste cleanup (urine/feces/droppings, etc.)
- Multiple dumpsters may be required
- Extensive trash removal
- Sorting/organizing items to keep, donate, or sell (by request)
- Heavy odor neutralization (non-carpet)
- Surface cleaning and sanitation
- Floors vacuumed/swept and mopped
- Kitchen appliances cleaned inside and out
- Kitchen cabinets scrubbed
- Walls and baseboards cleaned
